Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Managing the residential sales executives working to increase penetration in underperforming areas
- Responsible for hiring and development of sales agents in the field
- Responsible for ensuring that the teams are knowledgeable of and comply with company policies, procedures and practices.
- Meets or exceeds established sales team quotas by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and methods
- Develop and implement necessary incentive strategies
- Work with marketing and corporate teams to ensure that areas are being canvassed appropriately
- Motivates, develops and provides training for team members
- Interacts with customers to help identify obstacles to sales growth and promote referral/new sales channels
- Ensures teams are attending sales and marketing events to promote and sell Zito Media products.
- Meet regularly with sales personnel and management to review sales activity, customer retention and relationship activities, competitive challenges, review sales performance compared to goal, and identify and/or address training needs.
- Recommends product, pricing or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
- Review reports from data analyst which measure progress and determine areas of focus
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant Work Experience: 3 or more year's leadership experience in a direct sales environment. Industry experience preferred
- Strong sales management background
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidate must be able to develop a thorough understanding of telecommunications products.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a hectic environment.
- Computer skills are a must.
- Position can be remote but travel of up to 50% to markets will be required.
