What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Manager | Hybrid position at Zivaro Inc?
This is a hybrid role in our Denver, CO office. The role is onsite 2-3x per week.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Contracts Manager is a highly strategic position within Zivaro that supports the Contracts Team Lead in responding to all internal requests from executive leadership and all sales teams, as well as requests from all external partners.
The Contracts Manager will primarily review and execute legally binding documentation. This will include leveraging Zivaro’s contract management system for reviewing, processing, signing, and archiving of all partner agreements, customer funding award documents, business forms, reports, and partner certificates of insurance. The Contracts Manager will also support internal requests to onboard new suppliers and customers per our ISO policy.
The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for maintaining Zivaro’s contract management system to include the implementation of new workflows, updating existing workflows, provide training to internal users on the use of the system, and drafting or updating corresponding work instructions.
This position requires extreme detail orientation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for communication with external customers and internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage several competing priorities.

- Develop/Update Operational Guides and Work Instructions
- Contract/Award Document Drafting, Review, Redline/Negotiation and Tracking
- Review and Update Standard Agreement Templates
- Internal Distribution & CRM System Update of Contractual Obligations and Terms
- Forms and Report Preparation and Completion
- Maintain Zivaro Profile Up to Date in Partner Portals
- New Supplier Onboarding
- New Customer Onboarding
- Certificate of Insurance Processing
- Research and Provide Contract Language Interpretation
- Other Duties as Assigned
EXPERIENCE
- Customer Service
- Advanced Understanding of Full Contract Management Lifecycle: Drafting, Negotiation, Execution, Management, and Close Out
- Advanced Understanding of Federal Government Prime Contracts and Corresponding Subcontract Agreement Management
- Advanced Understanding of FAR/DFARS
- Advanced Familiarity with Various Contract Types: Consulting, MSA, NDA, Referral, Reseller, Subcontract, Teaming, etc.
- Advanced Knowledge of Various Contract Cost Structures: CPFF, CPIF, FFP, FPIF, T&M, etc.
- Advanced Research and Data Analytic Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5
- TECHNICAL SKILL & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Ironclad (preferred)
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced Knowledge of FAR & DFARS Compliance
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
