Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cryo Slimming Body Sculpting Consultant & Technician to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise in cryotherapy and body contouring with a focus on building client relationships and increasing service package sales. You will use the Neveskin machine for a variety of services, including cryo slimming, cryo toning, cryo facials, and localized cryotherapy for pain relief. Additionally, you will help support our full range of wellness modalities such as cryotherapy, dry float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and the oxygen bar, all of which will be integrated into tailored wellness packages to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Consultation:
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their body contouring goals, wellness needs, and medical histories.
• Present and recommend tailored treatment packages, combining services like cryo slimming, manual toning, and cryo facials, while promoting other wellness modalities (e.g., cryotherapy, dry float, infrared sauna, red light therapy, etc.).
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our full range of services and recommend additional treatments or packages to help clients achieve their goals.
• Utilize strong sales techniques to upsell service packages and memberships, ensuring clients are well-informed about the best options for their desired outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and the purchase of package deals for ongoing treatments.
• Cryo Slimming & Body Sculpting Treatments:
• Perform advanced cryotherapy-based body sculpting services using the Neveskin machine, including cryo slimming and manual toning techniques.
• Provide cryo facials to promote skin tightening, reduce puffiness, and rejuvenate the complexion.
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences while delivering excellent results.
• Track client progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
• Support Wellness Modalities:
• Encourage clients to integrate other wellness treatments into their plans, including cryotherapy, dry float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and the oxygen bar.
• Educate clients on how these modalities work together for holistic wellness benefits such as pain management, detoxification, and relaxation.
• Develop package deals and promotions that combine multiple services, driving sales and enhancing client experiences.
• Customer Service & Client Retention:
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their wellness journey.
• Address any client concerns and educate them on post-treatment care, aftercare products, and follow-up appointments.
• Foster ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, which helps drive repeat sales and package upgrades.
• Sales & Performance Goals:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including upselling treatment packages, memberships, and additional services.
• Assist in creating and promoting special offers, seasonal discounts, or loyalty programs that increase client retention and new customer acquisition.
• Track sales performance, follow up with leads, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to drive continued business growth.
• Safety & Cleanliness:
• Ensure all treatments are conducted safely and in a sanitized environment, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas in pristine condition, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for clients.
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Actively promote the full range of services and packages through social media, in-house promotions, and special events.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help shape future offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or health industries.
• Ability to effectively sell and upsell wellness packages and services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and clearly explain services.
• Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., beauty consultant, wellness coach, technician, or sales representative).
• Passion for wellness, body contouring, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic and health goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training in cryo-slimming, cryotherapy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of additional body treatments or wellness technologies (e.g., infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, etc.).
• Experience working with advanced machines like Neveskin, or similar cryotherapy-based equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments.
• Comfortable with handling and operating specialized equipment.
• Capable of lifting light equipment as necessary.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time/Part-time positions available.

Compensation:

· Starting hourly rate $18-$22/hour

· 5%-10% commission on sales
