Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead and oversee business intelligence projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and timely delivery of actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Additionally, experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and at least 24 months of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee business intelligence projects from inception to implementation
- Optimize inventory management to minimize waste and maximize turnover
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to foster customer loyalty and brand advocacy
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify patterns and opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Oversee store finances, including cash handling, reporting, and budget compliance
- Develop and implement IT system analysis and development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for critical business decisions
