Strategic Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:

ZJP Investments LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead and oversee business intelligence projects, optimize inventory management, and develop innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee business intelligence projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and timely delivery of actionable insights.
• Optimize inventory management to minimize waste, maximize turnover, and meet customer demand effectively.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, including promotions, signage, and customer loyalty programs, to foster customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying patterns and opportunities to boost revenue and market share growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Oversee store finances, including cash handling, reporting, and budget compliance, ensuring accountability and financial transparency.
• Develop and implement IT system analysis and development, leveraging advanced statistical and data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for critical business decisions.
• Proactively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, providing timely insights for strategic planning and adaptation.
• Provide leadership and support in cross-functional collaboration, fostering teamwork for the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 24 months experience in Business Analyst or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks.
