Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the longevity and performance of our customers' vehicles through regular maintenance services.
Duties
- Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of vehicles as required during service operations.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE required to operate and move vehicles as necessary.
- Required to always wear proper work attire when working on location.
- Custodial maintenance required during shifts.
- Experience with changing Oil Filters, Drain Plugs, Fuel Filters, Front/Rear Transfer cases, and remove skid plates without damaging.
- Ability to operate computers(with proper training) to input vehicle information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate power tools and perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of services performed.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
