Role Summary
As a Sales Engineer at Zluri, you will serve as a key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, prospects, and customers to demonstrate the value of Zluri's platform, helping them understand how our product can solve their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to lead technical discussions and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and business goals to recommend tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions, and answer RFPs/RFIs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by explaining the architecture, integrations, and security aspects of the Zluri platform.
- Connect with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of the platform.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving SaaS management best practices.
- Provide training and enablement to internal teams on product updates and new features.
