Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architecture vision and alignment across key stakeholders; and define and govern architecture standards, principles, best practices, and patterns for firmwide adoption. The candidate will join a lean diverse global Enterprise Architecture team committed to fostering a culture where individuals from various backgrounds and experiences can thrive.
The ideal candidate brings knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps principles and values; experiences in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables. Candidate must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills , and be able to resolve issues and interdependencies across organizations.
Primary responsibilities
- Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance.
- Driving the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in New York and more broadly.
- Driving the long-term evolution of the IT estate in support of the high-level business strategy.
- Governance and oversight of architecture activities.
- Championing the adoption of architecture practices.
- Architecture thought leadership.
- Fostering Architecture community across the Firm and Divisions.
