Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Specialist at Anerrows LLC, you will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Respond promptly to service calls and address urgent repair needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
