Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician at ZNZFACILITIES Inc., you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective and timely solutions
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with local codes and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Provide emergency repair services as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid HVAC certifications and licenses as required by state/local regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
