Description
The Account Executive – Inside Sales is responsible for generating revenue by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing ZO Skin Health accounts. This role involves providing excellent customer service, explaining and educating customers on new and existing products, as well as collaborating with the Marketing team and Account Executives in the field to drive sales growth within the assigned accounts and territories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed all sales goals by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing professional clients (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and esthetician practices).

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, product recommendations, and order placements.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities as well as creating individualized promotional opportunities to maximize account potential by remaining current on product offerings and protocols.

Educate clients on ZO Skin Health protocols, best practices, and retail opportunities.

Using reporting and sales history, contact current clients to reengage account and reintroduce/update ZO Skin Health's product portfolio.

Collaborate with field sales representatives to support customer needs and align territory strategies; may provide sales and account support to field Account Executive’s customers during leaves of absence.

Monitor and report on sales performance and trends within the assigned region.

Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with Customer Service.

Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain records of interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM tools.

Prepare reports on account performance and pipeline management.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:

May perform other duties as needed or assigned in order to assist with ZO operations.
Work Hours: The position is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, in a hybrid office/remote setting with 2 days/week being remote work. Time of initial start may vary with work hours typically 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The employee may be required to work overtime and holidays or weekends.
Work Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and company systems to retrieve information and generate documents.
Additional skills include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and adapting and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company and customer information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum two (2) years sales experience – inside, B2B, and/or account management- is required. Previous experience in related industries (pharmaceutical, CPG, or health/cosmetics) is highly preferred as well as knowledge of skin care products and industry trends. Experience with Salesforce CRM is necessary and the employee must demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce CRM within 90 days of hire. The employee must be highly proficient in written and verbal communication in English and should possess a tremendous ability to use negotiation, persuasion and sales skills via phone and email interacting with a wide variety of customers.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
