Cleaner at Zoar Outdoor and Hawk Mtn. Lodge,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the cleanliness of all office space, bathhouse & guest rooms at Zoar Outdoor & Hawk Mountain Lodge.

This includes but not limited to:

• Empty and disinfect trash receptacles and dispose of waste.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Clean rugs, carpets, tile, outside decks, rubber & concrete floors.
• Wash down walls, windows, counters, tables and other fixtures.
• Collect, sort, wash and put away laundry, towels and linens.
• Collect, sort & transport recyclables (cans, bottles, and cardboard).
• Strip beds and place fresh linen on them, put out fresh towels.
• Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Use cleaners & disinfectants according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Observe and report damage of property to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
• High energy and stamina required.
• Able to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Engage in friendly communications with all guests and customers.
• Show extreme care about minute details, being precise and thorough.
• Must be able to read labels on chemicals and follow product directives.
• Must understand and follow workplace safety standards.

Cleaners are part-time seasonal position (weekends required) positions reporting to the Facilities Manager.
