SENIOR REGULAROTY ENGINEER
Our Senior Regulatory Engineer ensures that products meet regulatory requirements and standards. This role involves preparing and submitting regulatory documents, maintaining compliance with current regulations, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to various departments within the company. Registrations and authorizations obtainment from the local concerned authorities (EPA, FDA, , ...), support to product labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the management of the Safety Data Sheets concerning the raw materials available in the company and the commercialized products
- Follow and be updated about every regulation evolution that may affect the Company Business and share with the team related risks and opportunities
- Provide technical data review or reports that will be part of regulatory submissions, with the aim to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation
- Verify and review product promotional materials, labelling, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies
- Maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems
- Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires

- Keeping up to date with international legislation, guidelines, and customer practices in all countries in which the company operates.
