Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle mail.
- Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies.
- Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches.
- Support new hire orientations when needed.
- Assist with record keeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, NetMeeting, and Outlook.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Exhibit good multi-tasking skills.
- Show self-motivation and organizational abilities.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
