What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrician Journeyman position at Zobility?
Skills Required:
- Manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment.
- Working on CNC machines
Experience Preferred:
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
Experience Required:
- Electricians with Journeyman's card, or 7 years of direct electrician experience.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment – NOT facilities maintenance.
- Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24 volt DC circuitry.
- Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred
- Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
- Candidate should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity.
- Most importantly, should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items.
- They will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.
- Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
