About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Scientist to join our team at Zobility. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and performing laboratory assignments, developing experimental designs, and reviewing data to draw conclusions and propose next steps in the development plan. You will also drive development activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize new products.
Responsibilities:- Plan and perform laboratory assignments to develop product formulations and measure physical properties.
- Develop experimental designs and work plans to create prototype products that meet desired performance metrics.
- Review data, provide preliminary interpretation, and draw conclusions from data.
- Propose next steps and strategies for development efforts.
- Work closely with packaging, process development, and manufacturing during development and commercialization of relevant products.
