Job Title : Machine Vision Engineer

Job description : Machine Vision Engineer is required to work on sites 75% (Canada / USA / Mexico) and 25% work on company shop floor. The Machine Vision Engineer shall be capable of working all Cognex and Keyence camera systems. Worked on Computer based vision systems i.e. ether inspect software of Cognex GIGE cameras.

Job responsibilities :

• Experience with vision systems from reputed brands like Cognex , Keyence, Omron, Hik Vision, Basler, coherix etc.
• Knowledge and experience in proving various vision applications.
• Vision applications for robotics applications
• Machine vision requirements analysis & Design document preparation.
• Correctness of Optical calculation sheet to select suitable lens, camera, lights & filter.
• Create vision architecture & selection of appropriate software.
• Identify requirements of Proof of concept (POC) & complete the POC in project schedule.
• Knowledge of robot / cobot programming (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc).- added advantage.
• Knowledge of Type-1, Type-3 & Cp / Cpk report creation & customer standards adaptation. - added advantage.
• Selection of vision BOM w.r.t marketing budgets.
• Preferred Experience in Robot vision like Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc is an added advantage
• Preferred PLC Programming experience using Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc
