Responsibilities
- Develop and implement labor standards and methods to improve plant efficiency
- Conduct job ergonomics evaluations and support workstation and packaging design reviews
- Analyze process constraints and conduct equipment cycle time analysis
- Lead plant efficiency improvement projects and re-balances
- Support cost estimates of new or revised methods and standards
- Review proposed changes in plant layout, processes, material handling, routing, etc. and make recommendations
- Ensure work processes are correctly documented in APT/time studies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
