Job Description:
- The MRO Crib Attendant is a frontline warehouse professional working in a secured area (Crib) performing basic warehousing and inventory control tasks.
- This role supports the maintenance team by ensuring accurate and efficient stock management.
- Receiving, put-away, and disbursement cycle counting
- Inventory integrity functions and crib organization
- Customer support for maintenance employees
- Operate in a proprietary SAP Inventory Control System
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts and overtime
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold environments
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
