- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations FP&A Lead to join our dynamic team.
- This position will support Engine Control Systems (ECS) located in Windsor Locks, CT and consolidate data and analysis from our Operations sites in Connecticut, Iowa, and Illinois.
- The role will be critical in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and operational planning, ensuring the alignment of our financial goals and business strategies.
- The selected candidate will drive the consolidation of our Operations data to effectively communicate the story and drive appropriate actions with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and lead the consolidation of operational financial forecasts to understand and drive action for ECS. Collaborate with site finance leads to understand key drivers, metrics, and models used to develop site-level forecasts and corresponding risks and opportunities.
- Operational Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and financial performance against annual goals. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to enhance operational efficiencies and financial outcomes.
- Business Partnering: Partner with operational leaders, supply chain, manufacturing, and key stakeholders to provide financial guidance, drive accountability, and improve decision-making.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Experience/Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a focus on operations and manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, SAP, and OneStream.
- Proven track record of working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational performance and outcomes.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.
