About the Position:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress.
- Ensure project budgets are aligned with project scope.
- Collaborate with Executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Provide support for internal and external stakeholder communication escalations.
- Budget allocation and quality control.
- Team building and talent development.
- Resource estimation and management.
- Evaluation of project performance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management or product ownership.
- Thorough knowledge of PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as Pump Skids and Electrical systems is an asset.
- Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Analytics and dashboard experience would be beneficial.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Work Environment:
- Primarily an indoor office environment.
- Some outdoor work in shop environments may be required.
- Noisy shop environments may be encountered.
- Travel may be necessary.
