We are looking for a Project Engineer with 2-4 years of work experience from an industrial automation background. Experience with an integrator involved in the automotive assembly business is a plus.

Mode: 100% Onsite
Travel: 20% to customer sites
Pay: $90-$95K/yr
Job Description:
- Take responsibility for assignments from the Project Management Functional Head or assigned Project Manager through the various phases of design, manufacturing, build/integration, and installation/commissioning milestones.
- The Project Engineer will manage project tasks and assignments promptly in support of project milestones and goals.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ability to aid a Project Manager in the identification documentation of issues, in process or design, on a project.
- Ability to aid project managers in developing project reporting for customers and executive management.
- Good AutoCAD experience with the ability to use 3D viewers to review and understand designs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to check and understand mechanical drawings and recognize sound mechanical design.
- Types of Automation Platforms experience ideally will include exposure to: Cartesian Gantry systems, Articulating Robotic and robot rail systems, various conveyors and part conveying systems, orientation, inspection devices, and Pneumatic and servo Pick and place devices.
- Ability to assist with documenting open issues and minutes of meetings (MOMs)
- Ability to assist in debugging, Run-off, Installation, training, and startup activities at Wipro-Pari and customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
