Responsibilities:
- Prepare required document/reporting by project team and stakeholder, such as weekly open AR update, project triage, monthly OTD report, etc.
- Responsible for managing accounting/finance function to project team and customer, such as issuance of invoice, AR collection, change order, job setup, budget setup, change order job setup, change order budget, etc.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a standard Project Progress Review cadence and Project Progress Report datapoints and KPIs (LDs, Eng/Ops milestones, Critical Pos, Financials i.e. Revenue/Cash/Cost/Margin, Risk and Opportunity Management, Change Orders)
- Create/update and document standard Project Management Processes and Tools for PM processes (PRR & Risk & Opp Mgmt., Project Implementation Plan, Sales Handover, Internal and External Kick-off, Progress Reviews, Escalation Management, Change Order Management, Project Close-out, Lessons Learned, Customer Survey)
- Responsible for managing project management dashboard.
- Responsible and manage small projects:
- Project manage of small aftermarket projects simultaneously from order issuance, engineering, manufacturing through shipment.
- Track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact for the project team and customer.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assure safe project execution to the client's satisfaction, consistent with cost/budget, schedule, and contractual requirements while maintaining bottom-line responsibility for financial success.
- Maintain good communication with all stakeholders and provide updates as necessary.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Abides by our business ethics.
- Assist project management leadership as required.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Junior Project Manager or similar role
- 3-4 years of related experience in project management/manufacturing, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
- Flexible and able to respond to demanding customers and adapt to change quickly and easily with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, and thoroughness in accomplishing a task.
- Ability to plan for upcoming problems or opportunities and take appropriate action.
- Negotiation skills - ability to explore positions and alternatives to reach outcomes that gain acceptance of all parties.
- Demonstrate a high level of dependability in all aspects of the project.
- Excellent analytical, fast learner, problem-solving skills
- Develop cooperation and teamwork, cross functional teams interfacing, and ability to influence all levels across the organization.

- Experience with turbomachinery: turboexpanders, rotating equipment and/or compressors preferred.
- Advanced administrative skills
- Project management with JDE ERP system experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe Acrobat, and PC skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineer or Similar
- CAPM or PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma is a plus
