- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing food safety programs.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitating internal and external audits, inspections, and recalls.
- Maintaining the corrective and preventive action program, sanitation and housekeeping protocols, and allergen testing programs.
- Supporting production by managing label and box printing systems.
Requirements
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years QA or Regulatory work experience in food or a related industry.
- Experience in managing food safety programs and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
