Key Responsibilities:
As an Electronics Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing inspections and testing of electronic components and assemblies
- Identifying and documenting anomalies
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve quality concerns
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid foundation in electrical systems and manufacturing processes
- 3 years of experience in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment in electronics quality/inspection or as a harness assembler
- Wire harness experience in accordance with IPC-A-620 standard
- Knowledge of control of nonconforming hardware, failure/root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
