Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Zobility, a multi-national corporation with operations in the USA, Canada, Germany, and India.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in food safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food safety programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective food safety programs that meet regulatory requirements.
- To lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GFSI, NSF, cGMP, Kosher, Gluten Free, Social Compliance, Organic, RSPO, and other certification standards.
- To facilitate internal and external audits, inspections, and recalls as necessary.
- To oversee the preparation and submission of finished product certification documents.
- To maintain the corrective and preventive action program, sanitation and housekeeping protocols, and allergen testing programs.
- To support production by managing label and box printing systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years QA or Regulatory work experience in food or a related industry.
- Working knowledge of QA procedures, statistical analysis, process capability study, process control, and analytical measurement.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership ability and people management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
