About the Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with assistance from allocated team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with Executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communication escalations.
- Budget allocation and quality assurance.
- Hire and develop a skilled team.
- Estimate resource requirements effectively and manage resources efficiently.
- Evaluate project performance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management or product ownership.
- Thorough knowledge of PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as Pump Skids and Electrical systems is an asset.
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Analytics and dashboard experience would be beneficial.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Work Environment:
- Primarily an indoor office environment.
- Some outdoor work in shop environments may be required.
- Noisy shop environments may be encountered.
- Travel may be necessary.
