About the Role
- The Technical Coordinator WI will oversee technical service, sales support, and troubleshooting activities related to Client's automotive pretreatment products at the Harley-Davidson Tomahawk plant.
- Manage orders, track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and product usage.
- Utilize extensive ERP systems for invoice reconciliation and develop effective account management strategies.
- Perform daily quality audits and tests to ensure processes meet specifications.
- Provide reports to customer management and staff, representing Client at plant meetings.
- Rapidly resolve problems and offer technical support across multiple platforms.
- Maintain high professional standards and adhere to company policies.
Key Requirements
- AS/AA or BA/BA in engineering, technology, or business with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing experience with significant sales or service background, preferably at a customer site location.
- Strong work ethic, excellent customer relationship skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
- Strong PC capability.
