As a UX Research and Test Engineer at Zobility, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our IVI and Telematics systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Benchmarking competitive systems to understand market trends and customer expectations.
- Identifying key performance attributes and feature requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Reviewing and evaluating information architecture, interaction designs, and UX writing to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Conducting UX research through usability tests, surveys, and AB tests to inform design decisions.
- Designing tasks, questions, and prototype requirements to validate user experiences.
- Recruiting and scheduling sites and participants for user studies.
- Collecting observational and diary-based studies to gain deeper insights into user behavior.
- Analyzing data and interpreting results to inform design recommendations.
- Creating empathy maps and affinity diagrams to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Providing actionable recommendations based on research findings to drive business decisions.
