Your day-to-day is:
- Administering and building solutions on a suite of tools that integrate with Salesforce, such as Service Cloud Voice, FormAssembly, Gong, and more
- Building and maintaining integrations on the Jitterbit platform (ETL tool) as well as real-time API integrations with the Zocdoc product databases
- Taking the lead on system implementations and project rollouts
- Building POCs as needed to support the Systems leadership team in strategic projects with stakeholders
- Developing, testing, and deploying high-quality business and technical solutions on Salesforce using Agile processes, principles, and techniques
- Identifying tech debt to keep the org clean and ready for fast innovation
- Writing excellent code and maintaining a large Apex codebase
- Optimizing and creating automation, visual flows, Lightning Web components, and other functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment
- Driving technical excellence by suggesting improvements to processes, providing architectural support where needed, and keeping up-to-date on the latest features and developments across the suite of internal tools we manage
- Leading our business stakeholders through user acceptance testing and participating in discovery sessions where needed
- Assisting the Systems Manager with mentoring and holding accountable a team of Salesforce Administrators and serving as a technical escalation point for complex outages, bugs, or blockers
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- 7 years of experience implementing and supporting large-scale, complex solutions on Salesforce
- 1 years of demonstrated experience collaborating with, successfully training, and mentoring other colleagues as an individual contributor
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications
- The ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Experience with multiple integrations and API connections
- Programming background using one or more of the core Salesforce languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Java, Javascript, or Python
- Experience creating and updating technical documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans as needed for the engagement
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and data-driven skills
- Experience delivering and receiving actionable feedback in a professional manner
