Your day to day is…
- Overseeing the day-to-day performance of our Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Developing and implementing new campaigns and testing strategies to effectively scale the account
- Managing daily optimizations to ensure we remain on track against channel goals and budget
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of SEM strategies to produce successful outcomes
- Assisting with channel-level reporting and analysis
- Tracking KPIs, distilling insights from campaign data, and providing regular performance updates to the team
- Partnering with analytics to enhance our data capabilities, improve our reporting, and find areas of opportunity that could significantly impact the broader business
- Communicating channel results and priorities across the organization
- Effectively conveying results and insights to leadership in weekly meetings
- Developing working relationships with cross-functional partners
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 3 years of experience in paid search
- Expertise in Google and Microsoft Ads
- A proven track record supporting multi-million dollar paid search campaigns
- An analytical and performance-driven mindset
- A solid understanding of growth marketing KPIs
- Experience with Looker/BI tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
