Job Description-

  • Position- Field Representative I, Business Process Outsourcing, BSS
  • Location- Parma, OH 44130
  • Shift- Sunday to Thursday 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Duration- 13 Weeks

Requirements-

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years experience
  • PC proficiency, basic keyboard/ten-key skills

Responsibilities-

  • High-speed data entry of hardcopy documents.
  • Review and correct automated document classification errors.
  • Correct check CAR/LAR amounts and ensure fiscal control.
  • Compare hardcopy and digital documents for quality control.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

  • Evening shift

Work Location: In person
