Job Description-
- Position- Operations Support Coordinator

- Location- Elizabeth, NJ 07206
- Shift- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Duration- 26 Weeks
Requirements-
- Proficient in office software (Google Maps, Google Earth, Workday, Maximo).
- Basic computer skills; manage requisitions & time systems.
- Experience with Excel & data entry.
- Admin/office experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities-
- Manage department communications.
- Maintain files, payroll, PTO, and data entry.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and track backorders.
- Support meter measurement tasks and reporting.
- Handle permitting, utility billing, and external services.
- Oversee equipment calibration and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
