Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of electrical assembly and fabrication within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, manufacturing processes, team leadership, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical fabrication personnel.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for the production team.
- Ensure all fabricated electrical components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Plan and schedule workloads and production activities to meet deadlines.
- Inspect and test completed components and systems for functionality and safety.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to fabrication team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain inventory of electrical components, tools, and materials.
- Document production progress and maintain accurate records.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
