Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, including vital signs monitoring.
- Provide care for infectious diseases and manage related health issues within the workplace.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs tailored to the needs of employees.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral health concerns.
- Offer support and education to employees regarding health management, including those with developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of employee health status.
- Participate in emergency response planning and provide first aid as needed.
- Educate employees on occupational hazards and preventive measures.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills with experience in pediatrics, nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers, or teaching hospitals.
- Proficient in assessing vital signs and recognizing changes in patient conditions.
