Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasonographer to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct ultrasound examinations for various medical conditions, particularly in the Ob/Gyn field.
- Utilize sonographic equipment to capture images of internal organs and structures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, employing aseptic techniques as necessary.
- Analyze and interpret ultrasound images, providing preliminary findings to physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and examination results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic radiology and ultrasound technology.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to sonography.
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of diagnostic radiology principles.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures and expectations.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during examinations.
