Bartender

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and friendly bartender to join our team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that the bar area remains clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure a clean and organized bar area , including maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and cleaning glassware and bar tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, and answering questions about the drink menu.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
• Monitor and manage the bar's inventory , including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including using a POS system to complete transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol-related regulations .
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth bar operations and a positive work environment.
• Assist in creating new drink specials and help promote the bar's offerings.
• Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Keep the bar area clean and safe by following health and safety regulations.
