Reservations and Table Management :
Manage the reservation system and ensure that tables are allocated efficiently to avoid delays.
Customer Service Excellence :
Ensure a high level of customer service at all times by anticipating guest needs.
Complaint Handling :
Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for a resolution that enhances the guest experience.
Maintaining Ambiance :
Assist in ensuring the dining environment is always clean, inviting, and up to the restaurant's standards.
Collaborating with Other Teams :
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between teams.
Event Coordination :
Help plan and organize special events, VIP bookings, or group dining experiences.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
