Construction procurement specialist

Must have:

• Strong understanding of public procurement laws, policies, and regulations
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts
• Proficient in preparing, posting, and managing public solicitations and bids
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate procurement records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities
• Knowledge of contract compliance and monitoring contractor performance
• Proficiency with procurement tools and systems (e.g., Oracle P2P)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple procurement and contract activities and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
