Job Title: Onshore QHSE Advisor/Supervisor
Location: McIntosh Counties, North Dakota
Duration: 12-month contract (with 12-month extension option)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Support hazard identification and ensure control measures are in place.
- Promote a strong QHSE culture through proactive risk management and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE systems and procedures.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Monitor QHSE performance and compliance using tools like Synergi.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and regulators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QHSE.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Synergi knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have an iPhone 6 or newer for mobile app security.
Desirable:
- QHSE-related degree or certification (NEBOSH, ASP/CSP, Internal Auditor, etc.).
- Experience in accident investigation or training delivery.
Working Conditions:
- 5-day workweek (10-hour days), with potential for extended hours or rotations.
- Hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with travel required for site visits.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per day
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- QHSE-related degree or certification (Required)
- NEBOSH Certificate (Required)

Willingness to travel:
