Job Summary
The Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from various medical conditions. This position involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional health.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Utilize aseptic techniques in all procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in triage processes for incoming patients as needed.

Skills
