Travel RN - ER

Job Title: RN ER
Location: Watertown, WI
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (12 hours)
Pay rate: $1900 for locals
$2535 for traveler

Duties

• Assess and triage patients presenting to the emergency room, prioritizing care based on severity of condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Conduct physical examinations and document medical histories accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and post-discharge care.
• Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Facility Requirement:

• Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
• TNCC is preferred but not required
• Must have WI RN license
• Must have 3 years recent ER experience in a hospital setting; with Charge RN experience required
• Shift will be 7p-7a with every 3rd weekend rotation

Pay: $2,438.00 - $2,535.00 per week
