Job Role- Scrum Master
Location- San Antonio, TX (5 days onsite)
Summary: The scrum master serves to facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed. They are committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices, but should also remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow.
They work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews. Scrum master roles and responsibilities include:
- creating and maintaining project timelines,
- identifying and managing risks, and
- monitoring progress against project goals.
- Agile certification is required.
- Should have BFSI domain.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
