We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist with a strong understanding of macOS systems and experience in visualization tools to join our IT support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users, specifically for macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems with macOS systems, applications, and peripherals.
macOS Administration & Configuration:
- Assist with macOS system configuration, including system preferences, security settings, software updates, and user profiles.
- Work closely with IT teams to manage device inventories, perform software installations, and handle hardware repairs or replacements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in macOS support in a help desk or IT support environment.
- Strong familiarity with macOS troubleshooting, system administration, and configuration.

Pay: $38,881.00 - $70,221.00 per year
