Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of incoming low voltage wire harnesses for defects, damage, and compliance with specifications and standards
- Perform electrical testing and continuity checks to verify proper functionality and connectivity of wire harnesses
- Record and document inspection results-Low voltage harness
- Identify and report and non-conformities or issues found during inspections to the appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to provide feedback on inspection finds and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Knowledge on BMS
- Automotive Low Voltage background must.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge: Understand of low voltage electrical systems, wire harness components, and inspection techniques. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wire harness manufacturing.
- Diploma or any harness courses
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
