Position Summary:
The Clinical Director will lead our mental health team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring adherence to ethical standards, evidence-based practices, and our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight and Leadership
- Ensure quality standards of care, aligning therapy practices with ethical and clinical best practices.
- Regularly review documentation and monitor clinical performance, offering constructive feedback to therapists.
- Update and refine clinical protocols, integrating evidence-based and faith-informed practices.
- Host regular clinical meetings for training, collaboration, and treatment planning.
- Promote a professional environment prioritizing confidentiality, respect, and integrity.
Supervision of Therapists
- Provide individual and group supervision, guiding clinical staff and encouraging growth.
- Organize workshops and development sessions in therapeutic and faith-aligned counseling methods.

Program Development and Implementation

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field; Licensed as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a clinical supervisory role, preferably in a setting with faith-aligned practices.
- Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish); strong leadership and conflict resolution skills; a commitment to best practices in mental health care.
