Essential Functions:
-Must be wholeheartedly aligned with organizational Statement of Faith and Core Values
- Adherence to all professional and organizational policies and requirements
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements
- Complete day to day operations with excellence
- Facilitate all assessments, treatment planning and support services for residents of Hannah’s House to include, but not limited to legal, medical, housing, and mental health
- Provide necessary transportation for survivors of sex trafficking to and from a variety of places including, but not limited to, places of employment, medical appointments, classes, and community resources
- Attend meetings and trainings requested by the Residential Director
- Other duties as assigned

Required Jobs/Abilities:
- Execute case management plans under the direction of the Residential Director
- Guide and manage residents’ time according to residential schedule

Required Education/Experience:
- Be at least 21 years of age, required
- High school diploma or an equivalent, required
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminology, or other behavioral science, preferred
- Participate in continuing education standards including a minimum of eight hours training per year in trauma and sex trafficking
- Experience in a licensed substance abuse treatment program, trauma-informed care program, post traumatic stress program OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Experience working with survivors of sex trafficking is preferred
- Experience working in cross-cultural settings is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Clean driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.75 - $27.76 per hour
