Landscaping Crew Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Manager to lead our team in providing top-tier lawn care and landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance. This role requires the ability to manage projects, train crew members, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of landscapers to complete jobs on time and with high-quality results.
• Plan and delegate daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with scheduling, job site logistics, and material ordering as needed.
• Perform hands-on landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and other maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• 2 years of landscaping experience, including leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lawn care, plant care, and proper landscaping techniques.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment.
