Zoe's Kitchen, founded in Birmingham Alabama, is looking for General Manager candidates for our 5 Birmingham Alabama locations.
We are a from scratch kitchen, healthy mediterranean food in a fast / casual dining environment.
Description of the Role:
- Oversee the day to day operations of 1 unit
- Responsible for sales growth
- Responsible for food, labor and other costs
- Ensure all guests become FANATICS with our service and food
- Ensure a safe environment (food safety, guest safety and team member safety)
- Ensure all policies, procedures & systems are implemented and effectively performed
Qualifications for the Role:
- Must have Restaurant General Manager experience of at least 1 year
- Good job history
- Open availability (hours of operations are 11a-9p Monday - Sunday)
- Working knowledge of P&L statements
- History of people development
- History of results with sales growth, labor & food cost

- Salary range from 52k - 63k
