Role Description
Zoetis Global Diagnostics Medical Affairs is seeking an accomplished Veterinarian to join our team, for the position of Diagnostic Medical Platform Lead for Diagnostic Virtual Lab and Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL). The Zoetis Global Virtual Lab encompasses artificial intelligence in-clinic diagnostic instruments, digital cytopathology platform and consultative services all available through ZoetisDX software platform. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the delivery of medical support to internal colleagues and customers globally. They will demonstrate an exceptional level of communication and collaboration across multiple functions including in-market and global diagnostic colleagues and ensure that we take a one Zoetis approach to our customers, optimizing the customer experience and delivering a seamless diagnostic approach for reference lab, virtual lab services, and point-of-care products.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate among diagnostic instrument medical leads for content creation for marketing, education, training materials and presentations.
- Ensure virtual lab messaging is pulled through all materials and presentations.
- Advocate for medical messaging and cases into materials and presentations addressing the diagnostic portfolio, with especial focus on Imagyst indications and ZRL.
- Engage ZRL and virtual lab medical and marketing leadership to ensure that educational and product content supports organizational goals and strategies.
- Material creation or support medical education and medical affairs support in their creation process, revision and referencing of materials, and ensuring our diagnostic portfolio of products and services (ZRL, AI, global virtual lab, global clinical consultation service, and point-of-care) is effectively and consistently positioned.
- Facilitation of external creative agency work, the content review process for technical accuracy, and RACE approval with colleagues on medical presentations and other projects, as required.
- Identify areas of collaboration among ZRL, VL, Imagyst and other AI applications with the core DX portfolio to strengthen the message of Zoetis Dx medical affairs team.
- Collaborate with ZRL and virtual lab medical and marketing teams, other in-market teams, global diagnostic colleagues, and key opinion leaders for the development of medical content and medical educational event support.
- Coordinate with colleagues for events such as regional and national conferences, webinars, and wet labs.
- Create and deliver medical education content to internal and external audiences that are engaging, informative and persuasive.
- Assist in curriculum development and / or enhancements for US and international field forces, and provide medical training and coaching to internal audiences, as required for new and existing products.
- Assist with external and internal KOL groups to support virtual lab, ZRL and Imagyst platforms.
- Curation of the diagnostic medical education library, including organization, periodic review, and ensuring visibility to stakeholders.
- Ensure constant and consistent information flow and knowledge transfer within the diagnostic community, globally.
Qualifications & Education :
Computer skills : high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management software.

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in Colorado . Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range : $126,000 - $181,000
The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California , NJ Remote , NY Remote , or Washington . Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range : $142,000 – 205,000
This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation. The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.
